Dear Caribe Homeowner,

It has come to the attention of the Caribe Homeowners Board that there are several units with key lock boxes mounted to the doors and door frames. If your unit has a lock box mounted to the door, it must be removed and the door must be properly repaired by January 15, 2015. If the lock box is not removed, Caribe will remove the lock box and charge the cost of the repair to the homeowner. This situation has been highlighted before. Per our documents keys and entrance to any unit are available through the front desk. Everyday the are available to service guests, owners, vendor and other business needs. Thank you for your cooperation.
