Dear Caribe Resort Owners:

As a reminder, the sixteenth annual Caribe Owner’s Association Meeting will be held in D100 this coming Saturday, February 17, 2018 at 1 pm. Lunch will be served before the meeting at noon. Please remember to RSVP by calling Cindy at 251-980-9057 or email Amy Boyington at aboyington@cariberesort.com. To RSVP online- please click here. 

You should have already received the official meeting announcement. Enclosed you will find a Proxy for your vote, should you not be able to attend. For a copy of the 2018 proxy, please click here. It is necessary that we receive your proxy by Tuesday, February 13, 2018, should you not be able to attend. You may fax your proxy to 251.980.9035 or email it to aboyington@cariberesort.com, cpowell@cariberesort.com, or adilling@cariberesort.com.

The major topics at the meeting will be the 2018 budget update and a vote for a vacant position on the board. If you are interested in running for the board, please fill out the short questionnaire here. The submission deadline for applications is Tuesday, February 13, 2018.

We will be having a Meet and Greet from 6 pm to 8 pm on Friday, February 16, 2018 in C100. Light hors-d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided.
