Television Channel Upgrades

4.1.1

Dear Caribe Owners and Guests,

Happy New Year! We hope you had a great 2015 and look forward to a prosperous 2016. Over the holidays we have been working diligently on our TV system and have yet another upgrade which will take place on Tuesday, January 5th. All TV’s will need to be scanned and our staff will begin this process on your behalf at 9:30am. You are more than welcome to rescan your own TV’s at or anytime after that time. We apologize for this inconvenience but as technology advances we are on the cutting edge to ensure the quality of your viewing is the best it can be. Also, please note that we have added the Big 10 network on channel 455 and 465, after the scan it will be on 465. If you wish not for Caribe Staff to rescan sets please dial 22400 and record your message or dial 251.980.9040.

Sincerely,

Caribe IT Department

Channel Outages

During recent weeks we have experienced channel outage on the television system. Due to this we have installed a new system which will allow for better reception. Please keep in mind that during heavy rains the cable channels could be have an outage but local channels should remain active. If you experience any problems please notify the Maintenance staff.

Glass Top Tables On Balconies

All Owners … Please be aware that several units have had their glass tops from their balcony tables fly off during high winds and cause damage below. These table tops create a liability to owners and the Caribe Resort guest. Next week beginning Tuesday August 25th the COA staff will be inspecting all condos and identifying which units have glass top tables.

It is recommended that this type of table top be replaced as soon as possible. As you are aware, pop-up storms appear on the coast quite often and the winds associated with the storms easily lift objects on the balconies. Please let us know if we can be of any assistance.

Power Maintenance at Caribe Resort

On Tuesday, August 25th we will be conducting a major electrical repair to the south side of C tower beginning at 8am and could last up to 10 hours. All units in the 09 stack to the 16 stack in C tower will be without power.
