Outcast Charters Update

At today’s planning commission meeting a major modification was approved for the Caribe PUD to develope Outcast Charters. This includes changing 18 boat slips from private to commercial use, constructing a 30′ by 40′ dock store/office and a gravel parking lot for the purpose of operating a charter fishing and rental business from the marina. It also allows the developer to keep his rights to build the 312 unit condominium tower. As an added note,
the marina did not request a permit for a fuel station on site.
